Board MemberTodd Weaver, President of Strategies For College, Inc., has worked as an independent educational consultant (IEC) specializing in academic and financial solutions since 2006. A former graduate assistant in the Financial Aid Office at Northeastern University, Todd has worked with students and families on college funding concerns since 1995.
Todd has been on the faculty of the Boston Tax Institute since 2009 and has worked with SFC Founder Todd Fothergill to teach financial advisors and CPAs about college funding issues and updates to Federal, State, and Institutional aid policies. Todd has also led courses at the New England Graduate Accounting Studies Conference.
Todd offers programming and professional development to high school counselors and guidance departments.
Todd currently serves as the Treasurer of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), a membership organization for Independent Educational Consultants around the world.
Weaver graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1990 with a degree in Political Science and History. In 1997, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Todd is a member of HECA and National College Affordability Group (NCAG).
